Are we responsible if the rental gets torn or damaged in any certain way?

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator. 

Does the price include delivery?

If the event is located in zip 32640.  But don't worry, delivery outside of our service area is available for a small fee. 

What surfaces do you set up on?

We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids) and dirt.. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of pavement or rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps and we can not anchor properly.

How long is our reservation for? 

Typically 6-8 hours. Sometimes we may need to set up or take down the afternoon before or day after. We will always ask to make sure that is okay. You can always reserve an inflatable for the next day for only $50.00.

Are there any special requirements?

Yes, an electrical outlet and water source, 100 ft or closer to where you would like the inflatable set up. We provide the extension cord and water hose. Anything further than 100 ft would require a generator.   

 Are your inflatables clean & sanitary?

As a family owned company we know how important it is to have a peace of mind when it comes to keeping your family and guests healthy. Our inflatables go through a disinfecting process before every rental. We promise to you that our units are cleaned well enough for our own children. 

Do you require a Deposit?

Yes all orders require a $50 deposit. They are non-refundable. If you cancel your order prior to your rental date you will be given a rain-check that is good for  90 days from the date of your event.

Can I see a copy of your contract & safety policy?

Yes.There is a link in your Rental Confirmation after you have made a reservation. You may also contact our office. ALL safety rules, guidelines and liability wavier must be signed before the unit is unloaded from the truck.

Can we pick up the unit and set up ourselves?

 At the moment we do not offer this service.
